Throughout April an exhibition by the Putney satellite group of London Independent Photography is being held in Putney Library

To celebrate Wandsworth being chosen as this year’s London Borough of Culture, the exhibition is of photographs taken across the borough

1pm - 6pm Saturday 26 April 2025, Battersea Park

The inaugural event of Wandsworth Council’s tenure as London Borough of Culture will see the Battersea Park fountains transform into an electrifying celebration of dance and movement.

Hosted by Strictly professional champion Oti Mabuse, the day will see an epic line-up of dance, performances and entertainment celebrating a huge mix of cultures

This summer the Wandle Industrial Museum will be organising walks along various sections of the River Wandle this summer.

The next walk is on Sunday 27th April and there will be further walks in June, July & September.

The walks last around 90 minutes.

They are free, but you must book.

On Sunday 11 May 2025 Fulham Palace will hold the 2025 Green Meet, an annual vibrant event celebrating gardening, biodiversity and community.

Set within the Palace’s historic garden, this family-friendly festival offers a unique opportunity to explore nature, learn from experts and take part in hands-on activities that strengthen connections to green spaces.
