Putney Constituency - Proposed Boundary Commission Changes.

The latest proposals by the Boundary Commission include major changes to the Putney Parliamentary Constituency.

Thames Towpath Works - Beverley Brook to the Wetlands Centre

The Port of London will be working on the Thames Towpath west of Putney Embankment along the area where trees were previously removed.   Work on the overall site, which extends from the Beverley Brook to the footpath leading to the Barn Elms Wetlands Centre, is split into two phases.

Jim Maddan OBE

It is with great sadness that we report that Cllr Jim Maddan passed away on 13th September.   

Jim had represented Thamesfield Ward since 2002 and for 30 years prior to that served as a police officer, rising to the rank of Inspector.  He spent several years in charge of day-to-day policing in Putney and Roehampton.
