A tale of two commons - a mystery solved

For as long as anyone can remember, it has not been possible to see where Putney Lower Common, on its western boundary, abuts Barnes Common.  The woodland vegetation and shrubbery all merged into one rathe gloomy area.  As the two Commons have quite different administrations and regulations this has sometimes caused difficulties.
